RHD Lifesharing program offers community-based residential services, unlicensed home & community habilitation, and respite services for individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities and/or autism in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas in PA.

Host families share their homes and life experiences with carefully matched individuals. Lifesharing Providers offer people the ability to participate and contribute to the household while promoting personal growth and independence. Our Lifesharing providers receive extensive support, training, and ongoing oversight to support and assist each individual in service. This supportive environment empowers individuals through the development of skills and coordination of resources, in accordance with person-centered practices.
